Make Soap With Us Recipe Included

We were given the opportunity to collaborate with July Mac from Winston and Walter Artisinal Products and create videos highlighting her beginner molds. These molds are great for beginner soap makers as well as experienced soap makers who would like to use them for testing purposes. In this video I invited a friend over who has never made soap before. She is using the recipe down below, which I made using common ingredients that are easily found at most grocery stores, and the beginner mold from Winston and Walter. So, gather your ingredients and soap along with us.

Recipe:
Lye Solution:
water: 9.12 ounces
lye: 3.34 ounces

Oils/Fats:
olive oil (65%): 15.5 ounces
coconut oil 76degrees (25%): 6 ounces
Castor oil (10%): 2.4 ounces
