HEALTHCARE WORKER COMMITS SUICIDE

For the past two years healthcare workers have been subjected to insufferable conditions unnecessarily. It's insufferable and unconscionable, and certainly criminal what these government employees, public servants, politicians and businesses have forced these amazing people to endure.

It is the rare healthcare worker who hasn't though about ending their life because of the conditions they have had to face. Losing their lifelong dreams and careers if they don't get an injection. Being told they are awful people and selfish for not getting the injection. Being told they will not get unemployment. Being told they are the only ones not getting these injections.

HR Department "Alicia's" are tormenting and terrorizing these poor people. And so many of them are enjoying the power they have because they have been enabled by the federal, state and county governments. They have been willingly weaponized with their administrative authority to commit all kinds of atrocities to people they once called or considered friends. They have done this willingly. Some have taken a lot of enjoyment from it. Some have even profited from it.

"A co-worker ended their life after our shift the other day. Didn't go home and shower. Didn't change out of scrubs. DOo't know if it was planned or spontaneous but I do know we got the last living moment. And I don't know how I feel about that. Our team is shattered."

This is what healthcare workers are experiencing. They should never feel like this or feel like they are alone without any help.

All of the people who are working hard to hammer on these healthcare workers each and every day need to be stopped and held accountable for this. Especially the HR "Alicia's" of the world. And the "Buffalo Hospice's " of the world who go around touting how great they are because they have an average experience rate of 8 years compared to the rest of the community. All while they fired half of their staff, not given any regard or concern to what would happen to each individual they fired. These people need to be held accountable so these administrative tyrants can never wield this kind of power over people ever again.
