800,000 vehicles were untaxed.
3,800,000 vehicles has no mot.
1,000,000 vehicles had no insurance.

Around half the cyclists on the roads have insurance. (Not required but have)

1400 car drives killed
140 cyclists killed
430 pedestrians killed

Cycle insurance costs less than £5 a month for £2,000,000 cover.

Road tax ved goes to the exchequer’s coffers. Roads are funded from general taxation, income tax, council tax and stamp duty.
