Facial Reflexology Quickie: Sciatica
If you're experiencing sciatica or have every experienced sciatica, you know the sharp pain that goes along with it.
In this video, I show you some points that calm the sciatic nerve and reduce pain. These points can be worked up to 4 times a day and will work best when you find the specific points that feel tender, tense or stuck.
Be sure to work slowly and feel each spot. When you feel the active spot, spend about 5- 15 seconds on it, working slowly and breathing.
