DR. JAMES HOURAN - JSE, Ramey Memo, UFO Research: James (Jim) Houran received his Ph.D. in Medicine with a Psychology focus from Adelaide University in 2004. He is currently Director of Research at Integrated Knowledge Systems, Inc. and a Research Professor in the Laboratory for Statistics and Computation, Instituto Politécnico de Gestão eTecnologia. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed research papers in both mainstream psychology and a variety of anomalous areas, as well as currently serves on the editorial boards of several journals. As of January 2022, he was appointed as the new Editor-in-Chief of the peer-reviewed Journal of Scientific Exploration. Jim will talk about his UFO-related research, including his controversial work on the Ramey Memo controversy within the broader Roswell Incident of 1947.
