Pure Simplicity - The Best Roast Chicken And Potatoes

Today we make one of my all time favorites meals, oven roasted chicken and potatoes! There are a couple of simple little tricks I use to make this come out perfectly every time, and like a lot of things in life simplicity is king!
I'm not planning to do a blog post for this one, it's not really a recipe it's more of a technique video! If that annoys you comment below and maybe ill write one :p.
