Top of Engineer Pass Colorado August 2021 11,600 feet elevation

This was a very sketchy route to the top, most of it was easy. But the fear factor is definitely there, the edge is one heck of a fall off the cliff. These shelf roads are no joke. But we did it. We lowered our tire pressure down to about 15psi and actually did all this in 2 wheel drive, I wanted to see if I could. After I thought about that and it really wasn’t a good idea, you need all the traction you can get if something went wrong. But it is an amazing trail and the views are like being in an airplane. 11,600 feet high.
