Ottawa Cops Steal Fuel During Frostbite Warning

This occurred on 2/6/22 & stands out as one of the most egregious & outrageous criminal acts. Look at this cop shrug at the man, as if to say "who cares?" On this very day the City of Ottawa had issued a frostbite alert saying temps can get down to 5° F and the Ottawa city website stated that people can die in as little as 10 minutes if exposed. Yet they do this with impunity? With little more than a whining guy filming and pleading with them, and they scoff in response. Wow. 😠 diesel fuel is needed to run the trucks and keep the sleeper berth warm. Have you ever been in 5° weather? In the USA, this might not have gone over so smoothly.
