Yesterday, a psychiatric team arrived at the session of the administration of the Kolyvansky district of the Novosibirsk region to pick up an opposition deputy. Everyone, including the head of the council, was laughing. A confused psychiatrist said that she allegedly needed to hospitalize a violent man Viktor Kovalenko. The application was written by his wife.
Later it turned out that his wife's signature was forged. Kovalenko has never been examined in mental hospitals. The oppositionist intends to file a lawsuit and appeal to the Prosecutor's Office.

"This is the most active deputy in the Council of Deputies. He is non-partisan, works for voters, does not belong to any factions. There was no such session that Viktor Petrovich Kovalenko did not speak on any issue. Basically, this goes against what the administration of the Kolyvan district offers."
