Cucumber, Tomato, Avocado Salad

When I stumbled across this dish I new my wife would love it.
I gave her a stack of recipes to choose from.
Hid this one on the very bottom and had her pick 1 for dinner.
This was the one she picked.
This was a very delicious and healthy dish easy to make.
