Initial Review of the T'au Empire Codex

My initial take of the new T'au Empire Codex.

In all honesty, the Tau Empire of the past would not recognize the T'au Empire. Too many abilities have been removed or changed to strategems, while unit options have been removed or nerfed for "balance".
