Creamy Delicious Guilt Free Homemade Ice Cream – Non Dairy – No Refined Sugar – Fat Free
You will love this banana-based ice cream. It is extremely easy to make, much healthier than regular ice cream, but still thick, creamy, rich and really delicious. This is far better than any commercial diet ice cream on the market.
In the video I make Neapolitan ice-cream using frozen bananas as the base but the flavor possibilities are endless. This is the ice cream that you can enjoy as often as you want this summer as often as you want without feeling guilty or gaining extra pounds. Go ahead and have an extra scoop of this refreshing treat.

Vanilla Ice-Cream

3 frozen bananas
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Honey

Chocolate Ice-Cream

3 frozen bananas
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons Honey
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Strawberry Ice-Cream

3 frozen bananas
1 cup strawberries
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Honey

Adjust the vanilla and sweetener to suit your taste.
You can use honey, maple syrup, sugar, stevia or any other sweetener you like.
