Hamburger Stroganoff is an inexpensive variation of classic Beef Stroganoff which is centuries old and has endless variations and possibilities. This rich creamy dish takes comfort food to a whole new level. It is simple, affordable and delicious. It's perfect for any weeknight dinner. You can make it with the ingredients that you already have on hand. No need for a shopping trip in a specialty food store. This is the kind of meal that I grew up on, and I raised my 4 kids on. Ingredients:

1 lb. Ground Beef
1 cup Chopped Onions
1 ½ cups water
1 ½ teaspoons Beef Bouillon
1/2 cup Sour Cream
3 tablespoons Corn Starch
Salt & pepper to taste

**Optional - 1 cup Chopped Green Bell Peppers
