Lianne Weaver is the founder of Beam Development & Training Ltd, which delivers unique and accredited wellbeing, happiness, personal development and resilience training to companies and individuals both in the classroom and online across the World. She works with government organizations, banks, law firms, tech organizations as well as SME’s.

Lianne has a wide range of qualifications, a degree in Education, PG Cert in human Resource Management and is currently studying a MSc in Neuroscience and Psychology of Mental Health. She also holds many therapeutic qualifications including a Breath as Medicine Facilitator, Oxygen Advantage Instructor, NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master & Teacher and more.

Lianne’s principal passion and purpose is helping herself and others to live a healthy, happy and purposeful life.

Tom Weaver joined Beam in 2019, with a background in construction and project management, Tom initially joined the team with the intention of handling the management of the company. However, he quickly became skilled at creating all of our digital content, including our eLearning courses.

Since then, Tom has developed a passion for supporting and helping others as well and so has become a qualified NLP practitioner and coach, a Mental Health First Aider, a Breath as Medicine Facilitator and an Oxygen Advantage Instructor.

Tom’s primary areas of passion are digital learning, men’s mental health and breathwork.
