My Neighbor's Spraying What!? Mulching and Natural Weed Killer

So I'm working one day in the market garden and I look over and what do I see? The white wand of death, swinging wildly in the neighbor's yard. Yes that white wand.. RoundUp. Monsanto's despicable herbicide.

WILL HE STOP SPRAYING??? "NO" he said. But there's another ending to this tale...
