Rainbow bagels with funfetti cream cheese are the most popular!

Scott Rossillo, the own of the Bagel Store, has been making rainbow bagels for 20 years.
His bagels are so popular they often sell out in 2 hours and have lines that go out the door and around the block.
They roll out multiple layers of dough each with a different neon color added.
They stack all these layers together then cut them vertically into thin strips then roll them into bagels.
After rolling the strips together you get a rainbow spiral bagel.
Scott set out to change and revitalize the bagel industry 20 years ago, people told him it couldn’t be done but looks like he’s proved them wrong.
Scott’s rainbow bagels are most popular with a Funfetti cream cheese and sprinkle topping.
800 Rainbow Bagels are sold a day, but at the beginning of 2016 the Bagel Store closed it’s Bedford location “indefinitely” for renovations.
This drove people into a frenzy right over to their 2nd location.
