The green color comes from the Chlorophyll in the bamboo which adds a nice array of nutrients to this rice which you’d normally not have like B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E, potassium, manganese, calcium, and phosphorus. Bamboo juice is also hydrating, adds a nice flavour, and antibacterial. If you have the choice the jade pearl rice is a great alternative to normal white rice.
