In order to excel as a Christian, a Christian must have spiritual integrity. The Bible must be the very foundation of that standard. I know a lot of people, Christians, like to look at the standard of the world and judge their success based on their income, their house, their car and other material standards. I am not saying that these things are wrong, but I am saying they are not the standard by which to judge spiritual integrity. A person could have all of these things and be anti-Christian. They could strongly oppose Jesus. Material possessions are not an indicator of spiritual health.

Earthly fame, fortune, and applause are not God's standards.
