Paper Thin Ice Cream

-Mr. Bing’s food truck in Miami serves paper thin ice cream.
-The shaved ice cream idea originally comes from a Taiwanese dessert.
-It is very much like a hybrid of ice cream and shaved ice.
-Ice cream is created and formed into a cylindrical blocks that are frozen into a very solid state.
-They have a special machine that holds the cylindrical blocks and spins
-A blade at the bottom carves off paper thin slices of ice cream right into a bowl for hungry customers to eat but not before additional toppings are added.
-The ice cream comes in original, chocolate, coconut, and taro flavors.
-Coconut shavings, fruity pebbles, lucky charms, caramel popcorn, strawberry pearls, mango pearls, mini marshmallows, gummy bears, reese’s pieces, mini m&ms, mini mochi, pocky sticks, crushed nuts, fresh pineapple, strawberry and mango, chocolate chips, and sprinkles are just some of the toppings available.
As for sauces chocolate, white chocolate, caramel, strawberry, condensed milk and whipped cream are on hand to take this ice cream to the next level.
-Mr. Bing’s serves this ice cream with fork if that’s any indication of how you’d eat it
