YouTuber admits to porn bomb’n..

A controversial YouTuber, BloodMoney BennyKeyz, admits to porn bombing another YouTube channel creator last night. He states that he hates that man, he got him eight times.. All with the expectation and request that his own followers file sexual content complaints against that creator. Why is this allowed? Is there anything in the platforms TOS about this type of behavior? If not, there should be, IMO.
