a Strange Downspout Causes Porch to Crackj

This is a very nice high-end downspout, Hidden within a column, and drains a flat roof above this entryway. The only downside is the water discharges near the porch which is caused settling and cracking. In order to make the situation stop from getting worse, we recommend adding a rubber liner and a path away from the house for water to drain a minimum 6 feet away.
