Alarm.com's thermostats is a simple, but very good thermostat made just for the alarm.com users. Alarm.com has a great geo-services feature that will allow an user to instantly set their thermostat by having it respond to an user being in the area. As you near your home, the thermostat lowers the temperature, and begins to cool or heat depending on the time of year or day or action.
