This all natural cherry pie filling can be used for more than cherry pies. It's a delicious topping or dip for your chocolate. You can use it as a topping for a banana split, a brownie, an ice cream sundae and more!

5 to 6 cups - fresh pitted cherries
1 cup - water
1/4 cup - corn starch
2 tablespoons - lemon juice
1/2 to 1 cup - sugar (optional)
