S.O.S. - Hamburger Gravy - The Hillbilly Kitchen

S.O.S. is short for Sh*t on a Shingle. With a name like that it doesn't sound like it would be much fun to eat, but this is one tasty morsel.

Every now and again Bret submits his supper request for S.O.S. and I cook him some up with homemade hash browns and scrambled eggs on the side. It's a good thing that it's easy on the digestive system because sometimes we don't eat supper until 9:00 at night.

Our kids love it too. Some of them are married now and they cook it up for their husbands on a fairly regular basis for breakfast or supper.

Ingredients:

Toast
1 lb. - Ground beef
1/4 Cup - Flour
2 Cups - Milk
Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper
