They Honeywell 5806W3 is one of Honeywell's most popular smoke detectors. The photoelectric smoke detector is less popular that Honeywell's 5808W3, a smoke/heat combination photoelectric detector. It works well in places like an attic where it can get very hot even though there is little to no risk of a fire.
