Have you ever tried getting chickens back into a coop with out anything to coax them with? I think most of us have and it's a bit like herding sheep with out the right technique.
In this video I talk about how I use consistency and an empty plastic dish to get them back to the coop on my schedule... and not when they feel like it;)
