Honeywell L5100: Setting up a Babysitter User Code on the LynxTouch L5100

The babysitter code has some additional benefits. It acts very similarly to a sub-user code, but it's not exactly the same. While a sub-user can arm and disarm at any time, the babysitter code will only allow someone to disarm if the panel was originally used to arm the system.
