The Mayor was hard at it today with the mix between Karla Bonoff and Kenny Nolan as he continues his "ooey-gooey" tour of segues which apparently are all inside secrets that he refuses to divulge on pain of death or something like that. We can probably explain quantum physics faster and better than to figure the meaning of anything he does, with the possible exception of his continuing to write checks to us and occasionally show up in the studios with doughnuts. Then, he's everybody's friend...
