Tunnel to Towers Foundation- The Traveling 9/11 Memorial with a FDNY Lt, He was THERE!

I stopped in Bowling Green,, KY at the National Corvette Museum. After touring the museum, video coming soon, I went to the parking lot to tour the 9/11 Traveling Museum. This Big Rig trailer is the touring Memorial built and funded by the the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. The Foundation supports Fire/Police/Military who have been injured with Smart Houses, and supports the gold star and other families of the Fallen. I was given a great tour by Retired Lt Bob, of the FDNY. He asked to not use his last name for privacy reasons. He spoke of getting the greatest gift after being in wet socks for over 50 hours. That's 2 days..... Dry Socks. He was responsible for the FDNY's presence at over 300 funerals of fallen members. He coordinated the the Honor Guards, Pipers and other volunteers. His contribution to the families of the fallen is something to be honored, and respected. The emotional toll of that burden is enormous. This is a long video. It has strong language, both are part of the story. I couldn't bring myself to cut much of the time we spent together.
