I really do hope this provides you with a challenge in the way the game was originally designed (before people wanted to mindlessly run around as if it's CoD or Halo). Yes, you will find yourself in cover and constantly using cover to cover! If you have fog of war and no armor replenish and special ammo -- you can't just go running around open world with zero-cares in the post-apocalyptic hell-scape of Washington DC, nor New York. You will be pieing intersections. If you really want to take it there.. play like this with a hardcore agent.
