GIANT SOLAR FLARES ARE BEING EJECTED FROM THE SUN - FLARES THAT CAN TAKE OUT THE POWER GRID

The sun has been emitting giant solar flares in the last couple of weeks. Lucky for us these flares have ejected from the side of the sun that faces away from Earth. But these flares have and again will be emitted in Earth's direction, putting the power grid and communications infrastructure in danger, from mild to catastrophic where they can fry the power grid.
