Gates: Pandemics & Vaccines Are the Future !

Bill Gates has just released this video announcing the end of complacency about pandemics.

Overlord of vaccines, has just released this video, in which he says:

They already have the infrastructure in place for rolling vaccines out quickly as it has been in the works for years. DARPA’s stated goal was 60 days or less, and they would like to collapse the regulatory procedures.
