God is good all the time 451: Studying God's Word Correctly

Yes that's right there are ways that are correct and incorrect to study the Word of God. And for there to be proper discerning of the texts there has to be an understanding that all scripture will always back each other. So first and foremost is to know that if you are going to study certain doctrines you should have a good understanding of the original language of the scriptures and grasp the different meanings and how the different words are used. The second thing is also to use the original texts in the original languages not just trying to use a single version of the Bible and in English and say this is the desired way to study God's word. Unfortunately this is not the way most people do it. Also since God wants us to understand things He dummies things down to our understanding of logic and so we need to make sure that all the logical questions are asked and we have answers for them or else we run into conundrums with doctrine and that means then an understanding of God's Word and God Himself. Join me as I look at this problem and look at a particular conundrum.
