Slide-Loc's Quick Release (Lever).

Slide-Loc LLC was formally founded in 2020 with an original intent to bring awareness to the owners local club in Minnesota “TCMAS” where he served as President. Following that time has used his +20yrs of hobby experience to release a steady stream of new patent pending products designed to push the envelope of usability and quality.

Our latest evolution is to take on the meek and humble thumb screw... often a thorn for hobbyists... and replace it with what can only be described as a massive leap forward.

The Patent Pending lever replaces the need for many nylon thumbscrews. Additionally alleviating the need for undersized bulkheads, complex machined lids, & better preserves the integrity of the gasket.

The competition...

Nylon thumbscrews serve their purpose. They don't rust underwater and they are cheap.
They are challenged by:
1) Slow & often inconvenient to use in tight spaces.
2) Swells from moisture can create difficulty in turning.
3) Breakage from torque (head separating).
4) Phillips & flathead drive heads stripping screw.
5) Difficulty attaining sufficient clamping force for effective gasket compression.
6) Inconsistent clamping pressure.
7) Painful on fingertips.
