Pontoon's Collide at Goodwill Bridge During Storm

Info from Licensor: "This was captured from the goodwill bridge during a walk through Southbank. Debris was continuously coming down the river. The pontoon came down the river very quickly and collided with another pontoon that had also come downstream and wrapped around one of the bridge pylons."
