THE CURSE OF THE CRYING WOMAN 1961 (La Maldición de la Llorona) The Famous Classic Mexican Gothic Horror Film. This film was completed in 1961 but not released until 1963 in Mexico and 1969 in the USA. It's considered producer Abel Salazar's finest production in the horror genre.

A small town legend says the old woods nearby are haunted. If anyone dares to go through them at night, they will be killed. At night you can hear the screams as if it is a woman crying. A young woman inherits a mansion & arrives in the town, only to discover that it the mansion is actually haunted by witches and evil spirits.
