Happy Thursday Everyone! My main focus this summer has been to downsize everything as I've grown tired of shuffling gear all around. Everything seems to be going according to plan so I'm really pleased with how everything packs into my truck so nicely! In this video I show how I downsized my cooking setup into a "micro kitchen". I love how small everything is yet I don't feel as though I'm missing out on any specific items. It's fun to push being a minimalist...not sure how much more micro I can go and still keep my rig 4x4 (and badass). Thanks for watching!
