Definition of off-grid: Off-the-grid is a system and lifestyle] designed to help people function without the support of remote infrastructure, such as an electrical grid. In electricity, off-grid can be stand-alone power system or mini-grids typically to provide a smaller community with electricity.

This is the first of MANY videos on the process I'll go through to prep the cabin for winter. I'll be moving back into the off-grid cabin in Central Colorado in the middle part of December. I look forward to another winter hibernating in this incredible set up, I sure hope we get some more snow this winter! I'd like to get "snowed in" for a few days, hopefully that will happen.
