Watching TV on Portable DVD Player and Laptop

Here I compare watching TV on my portable DVD Player and on my laptop. I use a Digital Converter Box for the Portable DVD Player, and I use my Kworld ATSC USB TV Stick on my laptop. I talk about the pros and cons with watching TV on both of them. The cheaper cost hands down would be buying the Portable DVD Player and the converter box, but it does have it's limits. My preference would be using my laptop, but you might disagree.
