State of The Union Address 2022 Predictions and Peperations

The Notoriously absent Former Vice President Joe Biden has relented that he can no longer procrastinate on the State of The Union Address. Tonight, he will deliver the latest, not the most recent but rather the tardiest, STOU in history.
But who can blame him, right? After all, if he were an honest man the only thing he could possibly say is that he has failed at everything and should resign his position admitting that his predecessor was a far better president than Joe could ever hope to be.
