It's also an immediately, easy to implement change we all need to make in our lives. 30% of all food ends up being wasted. So that means 30% of all the processes it took to get food in front of you are wasted, which causes a 30% bigger waste stream which is more unenvironmental process. We can all cook what we will eat, including restaurants.
