New Chair, New Rules

Shasta County, CA , as a result of a successful citizens recall of a sitting county supervisor, now have a majority vote in favor of the public's sentiment. Less Baugh, who has sat on the board for a decade has been designated Chair and states new guidelines to be adopted. These guidelines were approved by a 3-2 vote.
