Mood in Kyiv grows more ominous as Russian convoy draws closer

The mood continues to grow more ominous in Ukraine's capital of Kyiv, with a Russian military convoy on the outskirts of town just 15 miles away.

The city itself saw a missile strike hit a TV antenna, causing transmissions to be disrupted and raising concerns Russia sees it as a strategic and symbolic target to send a message. But these strikes are also not always accurate, with Ukraine's national Holocaust memorial also struck near the same antenna.

The Associated Press' Joe Federman remains in Kyiv and reports on the situation on the ground, including the difficulties moving through the city with numerous security checkpoints in place.
