Fighting continues in Kharkiv as Russian troops come up against Ukrainian forces

After this morning's reportedly bungled assault, the governor of Kharkiv area stated that Ukraine has complete control of the city and that a considerable number of Russian captives have surrendered.
"We have complete control over Kharkiv! The armed forces, national police, and defense forces are all working together to clear the city of the enemy "In a Telegram statement, Oleg Synegybov said.
