I found this fabulous song as I was getting ready to document our last rally and just HAD to use it. The incredible artist is Blind Joe and you can find a bunch of his videos down on the tube. Richard Citizen Journalist over on the gram gave the world the brilliance of the C nasal filter. I do not know who put the sheep together at the beginning. I'd sure buy 'em a drink if I did!

Thank you to Aaron Tippin and Asleep at the Wheel for setting the tone for this rally with "Where the Stars and Stripes and Eagles Fly" and "Sugarfoot Rag." If you haven't been to a local rally yet, I highly recommend it. Gathering with fellow patriots is salve for the soul. I have to admit....I wasn't feeling it Saturday morning. Didn't really want to leave my comfy spot on the couch, but BOY AM I GLAD I DID! There's just something special about breathing patriot air together that invigorates and energizes.
