🚫 Is KETO dangerous? 🚫 Medical Considerations

Is the ketogenic diet dangerous? You may have seen a video or a news article recently claiming that is was. Let's discuss this and see what we can come up with. I read Lots of research studies, eat keto/carnivore myself, and have been practicing medicine daily for 19 years, so my opinion might mean something to you.

We keep hearing people trying to scare us with different rumors and myths about keto, but in every case the research is lacking and the common sense of their argument is flawed. Let's break down the latest scare tactics of a few of these recent videos. If you are thinking of adopting the ketogenic way for your health then you need to watch and read and learn all about it.
