Ukraine, Russia Agree on Safe Corridors

No ceasefire was agreed upon after the second round of talks between Russia and Ukraine Thursday. But the two sides agreed on setting up humanitarian corridors for civilians. Ukrainian and Russian forces are now battling over a major energy-producing city with Europe’s largest nuclear power plant.
