Aggravated Indecent Exposure Cops & police & the law miss use of this!

The FACT is you MUST Intentionally, knowingly & willfully MUST do this in front of someone for it to even be considered a crime or a Felony for that matter. I cop, police, FBI or any other law enforcer can NOT charge you with Indecent Exposure or Aggravated ID. it has to be an an Intentional act. a cop or police officer can NOT sneek a peek or act like a peeping top or PROWLER in the dark & charge you with this at all & that is what most cops do because they bank on your ignorance of the law. I admit it I was vary ignorent until I did some checking on 3-2-22 & found this out. Melody Rugg a K-9 unit deputy officer did this very thing to me she's a vary dirty NASTY Butch type of cop. today is 3-4-22 my jury trial in on 4-14-22 because of Melody Ruggs lies. I was even arrested taken to jail twice over her lies & that's with a 63 years with NEVER being in trouble with the law my whole life, that's NEVER!!!
