The HRP Establishment Censors HRP Members Using Covid Restricts & Zoom Mute

On March 5, 2022, members of the HRP (Hawaii Republican Party) went down to the HRP Headquarters on Kapiolani Blvd. to attend an in-person meeting and demand that zoom not be their only option since it was being abused to silence their voices. They said that covid should no longer be an excuse to only provide zoom as an option. Karl Dicks from Klean House Hawaii has a big problem with Zoom because he says it’s a major security risk factor. Some complaints and accusations said that HRP members would mute them if they did not want to hear what the member had to say.

Steve Lipscomb did not approve of what the HRP officials were doing so he at least tried to open the shutters so everyone could at least observe the meeting from outside but executive director Mele Songsong and Celyn Chong Kee decided to close it to keep them out of the meeting.
