I was feeling like absolute garbage today, and super tired. It was a mircale in and of itself that I finished the workout, haha. Due to not feeling good, I was not going to go for a PR today; I don't think I had it in me today anyway, haha. The fact that I was able to match what I did previously while feeling so bad is encouraging though!
